Questions families ask us
How far ahead should I book?
24 to 48 hours ahead is best, especially for wheelchair rides and long-distance trips. Call us for same-day needs and we will do our best to fit you in.
Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?
Coverage depends on your plan. Call us with your plan details and we will tell you what's covered. We also offer private-pay rates and accounts for facilities.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Yes. One companion can ride with you at no extra cost. Let us know when you book so we save a seat.
Is this an ambulance service?
No. We provide non-emergency transportation only. In a medical emergency, call 911.
Can you take power wheelchairs and scooters?
Most manual and power wheelchairs fit our vans. Tell us the make or the approximate size when you book so we send the right vehicle.
